A favorite of Russian gardeners: special tomato selection for lovers of large and incredibly tasty fruits.
Their meaty and tender structure with minimal seed content is perfectly suited for making sauces and salads.
An early large-fruited determinate hybrid variety: 95-105 days from emergence to the first harvest. For plastic film greenhouses in temperate zones and open ground in southern regions. Plant height 110-130 cm.
Tomatoes are meaty, weighing 160-200 g. The taste qualities are excellent. Yield up to 15 kg/m2. The marketability of the hybrid is high, 97% of the fruits are – even, standard.
The hybrid is resistant to TMV and black bacterial spot. The grainy and aromatic flesh occupies almost the entire space of the fruit (seed chambers are very small).
Purpose: excellent for salads, juices, and any homemade preserves.
* With sudden temperature changes, fruits may be without a "spout".
* To achieve maximum fruit size, it is necessary to:
- place no more than three plants per 1 m2; when planting seedlings, add a tablespoon of a mixture of superphosphate and potassium sulfate to the prepared hole;
- during the growing season, provide moderate and regular watering (avoiding both drying out and waterlogging);
- shape the plant into 1-2 stems, leaving no more than 3-4 clusters on each stem;
- during fruit formation, carry out root top dressing with magnesium sulfate;
- during ripening, remove old leaves in a timely manner;
- regular feeding with complex mineral fertilizers contributes to a significant increase in the yield of the variety.
